Flood Intelligent Eye is a roof-mounted, pan-tilt sensor turret that transforms any 4×4 into a mobile flood-survey laboratory, purpose-built for urban area with intricate drainage networks. Its dual-axis gimbal integrates a high-density LiDAR scanner and a time-synchronised 4 K RGB camera, while a tightly coupled GNSS/IMU module tags every point and pixel with centimetre-level coordinates. As the mast performs continuous 360° sweeps, embedded AI fuses the multimodal data stream to pinpoint sewer outfalls, manholes, kerbs and live water levels in real time. The resulting centimetre-grade 3-D maps are streamed directly into hydrodynamic solvers, providing block-by-block flood forecasts and actionable insights just minutes after arrival.
