研发流域水文模型快速建模工具集、水文模型参数估计实验流域数据集、主要流域的分布式水文模型参数集，揭示模型参数的时空模式和规律。建立气象雷达、卫星和地面站多源观测与数值模式融合的降雨监测和预报系统，发展流域尺度气象水文耦合的精细化预报系统。 To develop fast tools for watershed hydrological modeling, benchmark dataset for hydrological model parameter estimation, a priori parameter estimation scheme of hydrological model for major river basins in China; to explore the spatial as well as temporal patterns of the model parameters; to develop rainfall data assimilation and forecasting system of multi-source rainfall measurements (radar, satellite, and gauge) and climate models, and an integrated hydrological forecasting system. |
