研发全球跨境河流社会水文系统数据库，构建跨境河流水-能源-粮食-生态-气候的纽带关系模型和社会水文模型，探索系统协同演化的涌现特征（如冲突和合作）及其动力学机制，开展全球跨境河流热点水问题，发表水资源问题报告，促进流域国的知识分享、互信与合作。 To develop a benchmark dataset for coupled human-water systems for world major transboundary river basins; to develop water-food-energy nexus model and sociohydrological model and to explore emergent behaviors (e.g., conflicts and cooperation) based on dataset and model; to publish water resources reports for world major transboundary rivers to share knowledge and to promote trust and cooperation among riparian countries. |
